Kodi Guillory – Advise to 18-Year-old self
Congratulations to our President, Kodi Guillory, for being honored in the Baton Rouge Business Report‘s Forty Under 40, class of 2020!
From a team who respects and admires Kodis’ work ethic, it’s easy for us to say Kodi’s professional achievements alone are enough to warrant her a seat on Forty Under 40. She’s been instrumental in work vital to coastal Louisiana’s sustainability during her time serving as a State Project Engineer. In 2019, she turned the dream of owning her own engineering company into reality, and in just a year, she has grown it into a full-service multidisciplinary engineering firm.
Juggling the demands that come with starting a company, being a wife and mother of two young boys, she also makes time to volunteer for nonprofit organizations across the Capital Region, specifically for various STEM activities. We can’t wait to see what challenges she takes on next!
