Sustainable Design Solutions continues to grow at a rapid pace! In just two years, the company has grown from one employee to a firm with 10 employees and three offices, including Shreveport and Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and Atlanta, Georgia.
Dinkissa Kereyu is Sustainable’s newest hire working out of the company’s Shreveport office. He is a Civil/Environmental Engineer with more than 20 years of comprehensive experience working as a process engineer and project manager for numerous water and wastewater projects, including various large-scale international projects. Dinkissa played a crucial role in developing and managing planning documents, designs, permitting, and construction monitoring services for municipal water and wastewater systems/facilities.
Dinkissa has dedicated his entire career to the water and wastewater industry, which he demonstrates through his unique skill set, experiences, and enthusiasm for the industry.
He has a Master of Science in Civil/Environmental Health Engineering from the University of Nairobi in Kenya and a Bachelor of Science in Sanitary Engineering from the University of Arba-Minch in Ethiopia. Dinkissa is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in North Carolina and Washington, and he is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Dinkissa recalls his initial conversations with the President of Sustainable Design Solutions, Kodi Guillory, on her company’s consultancy services for the water and wastewater industry.
